as a beaver am I! I'm not ignoring you, honest!And I really want to address Lut's comment in this post, so I'm brewing up a post to explain Lashon Hara a little better, hopefully.

Oh, and I had a funny (Freudian?) slip - I was writing to someone about an intravenous bag, better known as an IV bag. I wrote "IVF bag." Guess which acronym I use more often?

I do that every time, type IVF when I intend to type IV. My brain and fingers just have a need to add the F at all times. I guess that what happens when you've typed IVF a million times over.
Classic... and the other phenomena is seeing all the acronyms on car number plates when you're in traffic.

Wikipedia has a small article on Lashon hara. It's very short, but it seems to focus only on negative statements about another person. Which is already difficult enough not to do.
I'm curious to learn more.
