The Five Books of No'ses

The progression of my responses to "do you have children" by Books of the Torah:

Genesis: No, we haven't been so blessed yet. We're trying, so, B"H soon.
Exodus: No, not yet. We're trying, Gd willing.
Leviticus: No, we're hoping, maybe soon.
Numbers: No, not yet.
Deuteronomy: Unfortunately, no.

Coming soon: The Prophets, or "NO! WHY DOES EVERYONE KEEP ASKING ME THAT???"

Wow - that's a very slow progression from "very polite" to "merely polite." I started at "merely polite" and am already halfway to "downright rude."

ughhh, rude indeed! I don't know about you but I'm skiping religious ceremony's for mothers day. I'm pretty sure I will be forgiven.

That's hilarious!

I wonder what the buddhist version would be? "In my next life!"

Christian version? "I've spilled blood but it isn't working!"

I'm sorry the reality behind it is no laughing matter.

Robbie, I would give my left arm to be able to be downright rude! I just can't do it. To my detriment, I put other people's feelings before my own, which has often put me in the position of comforting others when all I want is to throw myself off a bridge. Rude can, on occasion, be healthy.

Jenny, your family does religious ceremonies on mother's day? I'd say, under the circumstances, skip mother's day all together, hon.

Lut - lol!
