I'm an Orthodox Jew on the IVF road to, well, somewhere. Hopefully parenthood. We're dealing with age, male infertility, Orthodoxy, finances, in-laws and one neurotic dog.

Blintzes are like crepes wrapped around ricotta cheese, or blueberries in a really thick syrup. They're traditional for this holiday.
Treat yourself: if there is a Sobeys or Loblaws near you with a kosher section, go to the freezer and buy a box of blintzes. They're fairly cheap. It's not like the real thing, but the frozen ones are still way yummy!
